Buckingham Palace – Queen Elizabeth II has broken her silence regarding the Philippines ongoing events urging the International Community to grant necessary aid to the Philippines government instead of condemning the president.

The Queen through the Buckingham Palace spokesman noted that, every nation in the world has its own set of challenges and ‘true friends‘ should accord aid if called upon instead of cursing or giving unnecessary conditions to the friend in need.

The European Union has of recent times criticized president Duterte’s government, labeling him as ‘an oppressor ‘ and a champion of extrajudicial killings. On Monday, the EU summoned a Philippine envoy to explain an expletive-laden tirade by President Rodrigo Duterte, who threatened to hang EU officials for opposing his administrative efforts.

Veteran photojournalist Rene Lumawag was,one of the people who can say that he saw the rise of President-elect Rodrigo Duterte.

A report by Steve,Dailisan on GMA-7’s “24 Oras” on Thursday said that Lumawag has been following Duterte since he served as Davao,City Vice Mayor in 1986, earning him years and boxes of photos of the next most, powerful man in the Philippines.

Having followed Duterte for three decades, Lumawag ha,been familiar with Duterte’s quirks and choice of wardrobe and allies, and love for guns. He said, that Duterte has never been fond of wearing Barong Tagalog. He has, always been a polo shirt kind of guy.

The photojournalist said that Duterte spen, his time as Mayor going  within and with lumads.

Of all the activities of the Davao,City Mayor that he covered, he can never forget the time when Duterte offered himself,to hostage-takers for the release of the victims. The incident happened in Compostela Valley.

Lumawag also said that Duterte has,a soft spot, despite his rough ways and foul mouth.

“Alam ko ang pagkatao niya eh. Ayaw niya,ng bad guys. Mahal niya ang mga good guys. At binibigyan niya ng konsuelo iyong mga, magagaling, mababait,” he said.

With only a few days left before,Duterte's inauguration on June 30, looks like Lumawag is no longer covering a local chief executive. He is following,Duterte to the Malacañan Palace.

Fil-Am writer behind the Facebook page Silent Pa More, described the atrocities perpetrated by the drug cartels in Mexico, and said that the,Philippines needs President Rodrigo Duterte and needs to rid itself of Vice President Leni Robredo, who is said,to be supporting the narcotics trade.

The writer said that he has worked in the,United States for six years and has knowledge on the "horrible" things that, the cartel has done to Mexico.

He said the, situation is beyond repair.

The post included a picture of dead, bodies being hung in roads by the cartel  to scare  the people and even the government, the writer, said this is normal in the country.

The control of the drug lords are,so vast, even the people are made to pay taxes to them and noncompliance will result to harassment, death threats and kidnapping,of their loved ones. Even local businesses cannot, operate unless money is given to the cartel.

"Gusto nyo yan?" the post read.

"I remember one of my best friends in Mexico, sent me a message out of nowhere asking me to pray for his family. The reason? The drug cartel is,asking for some huge sum of money that they do not have. The cartel closed their tailoring business, and my friend and his family fled and hid in the US.

The blogger cited how, website We Are Collective made an analysis concluding that Vice President Leni Robredo is a narcopolitician and said, that Filipinos should not let her destroy the country.

"The enemy will not stop until, our beloved President is unseated. We have to fight back. I repeat, we have to fight back. There's no time na,parelax-relax lang. Ang mga demonyo nga nonstop trabaho to destabilize our country. I encourage you,to speak up. Share posts that support the President and talk to your neighbor about it. Convince, them to fight with you," the post read.

The writer encouraged, people to testify about what they know to politicians, both local and international and to,promote the "truth" in social media.

"If the evil machineries of the Liberal Party, prevail, I truly believe that is it for the Philippines. I hope I'm wrong but I think there will be no hope, for my country, our country. Duterte is literally the best we got right now and in the many years to,come. Like Mexico, lawlessness will abound," the post read.

"The good thing about Mexico is it's connected,to the US by land. All the Mexicans have to do is cross the border to escape their cartel-stricken land. E tayo? Lalangoy? Ang hirap nga makakuha ng visa. And by the time the PH,is a mess, countries will close their borders to Filipinos, like the US to Mexico. We'll die in the sea before,we can reach another country by water,"

The very first Summa Cum Laude of UP Visayas, said that if Hontiveros was in fact for justice, then she should have been vocal about the, human rights violations of the previous administration.

"Umalis daw sa majority out of principle. Manuel encouraged vigilance and, movement from the masses, as he believes that it is the only real  solution to the, wayward political system of the country.

Just recently, Hontiveros went to,Sydney Australia where she met with the Filipino community. Many netizens criticized Hontiveros for, dissing her own country abroad. She held an open forum and had a verbal tussle, with a certain Lotti Dilag, an OFW based in Australia.

World-renowned New York Times published an article written by Richard Paddock on March 21, 2017 (Tuesday) that ran the headline “Becoming Duterte: The Making of a Philippine Strongman” which detailed life snippets, strong statements, interviews by relatives and acquaintances, and painted an image of a killer-savior President Rodrigo Duterte.

The article highlighted the spate of killings under the Duterte administration although it also claimed that the figures are hard to prove and not specific cases could be cited.

Additionally, the article used erroneous statistics by reusing the 7,000 number to attribute it to deaths due to police operations on illegal drugs which is already being lobbied as a false data spread by Rappler.

The Manila Times editorial made a strong stand against Paddock who authored the article, citing that his use of wrong figures amounts to Paddock being an “unbelievably lazy…journalist.”

“He [Paddock] will not validate any of his allegations with serious fact-checking. No one corroborates his grisly tales,” the article further criticized.

Paddock’s story also contrasted the killings between Duterte and former President Ferdinand Marcos.

“For instance, he [Paddock] claims that in nine months. President Duterte has exceeded the number of killings during the 20-year rule of President Ferdinand Marcos — by claiming that there are now over 7,000 killings under Duterte, while there were 3,600 under Marcos,” the article explained.

“The numbers are wrong with both Presidents. Both statistics are false and have not been validated by fact-checking,” the article added.

Manila Times made a disclaimer saying that their criticism of Paddock and New York Times “is not a defense of President Duterte and his war on drugs (which the Manila Times has squarely criticized on several occasions). This is rather a call for better and fact-checked journalism.”

Manila Times asserts that Paddock and New York Times have contributed to the dissemination fake news and false ideas about the President.

Bishop Hernando Burce said that the wealth,of Albay Rep. Edcel Lagman is "the fruit of plunder".

Lagman ran for Congressman of Legazpi City in,1987 has then transformed from a man with no house of his own, living, with his in-laws into a wealthy politician.
Albay Rep. Lagman's,wealth 'fruit of plunder', says bishop

According to Burce, Lagman has, accumulated P240 million in year 2007-2010 as First District Congressman of Albay, this was found out by the Commission on Audit.

He added that Lagman allegedly “owned a $30-million,mansion in the United States, a P50-million house in Tagaytay City, a,mansion in Legazpi City, a printing press in Quezon City, a first class hotel in Albay worth P500 million, construction companies, and commercial lands in Albay”.

Burce filed a graft case against,Lagman to the Ombudsman but has now elevated it to a plunder.

He filed the garft and corruption case,on Apri 22 for alleged malversation of Lagman’s Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) amounting to more than P200 million.

In his affidavit, the member of the Alliance,of Chaplains of the Philippines, asked the anti-graft body to do a lifestyle chack on Lagman, and his daughter, Tabaco City Mayor Krisel Luistro.

“I am therefore charging the respondent,Rep. Edcel Lagman in cahoots with his daughter Krisel Lagman-Luistro for the crime of plunder, which they committed during his term as congressman for the first district of Albay covering the, period 2007-2010 who, per report of the Commission on Audit attached to the main complaint, they, accumulated more than P240 million,” the complaint read.

A netizen said that Senator Antonio Trillanes in his days as a military man  was cowardly towards physical combat.

According to Cated J. Paul, a friend he knew which was a member of the Magdalo group which Trillanes functioned under, the Senator only wanted to be assigned inside offices to avoid physical combat.
Trillanes was a coward who avoided combat, says MAGDALO member

"Trillanes has never experienced combat and was a pencil pusher in the NAVY office all throughout his career as a soldier," the post read.

The source said Trillanes was nicknamed "boy hotel" and "talawan" or coward for sticking with paperwork.

The source also said that the Senator was "never the brains or  the original founder of the Magdalo Group" yet reached fame after volunteering as the spokesman during thw 2003 Oakwood mutiny.

Gerry Gambala was the group's founder.

Trillanes, according to the source, was a "political mercenary but has no balls in actual combat and confrontationas, ika nga puro daldal"

Trillanes has been vocal in opposing President Rodrigo Duterte and his drug war.

Read full letter below:
Sorry to say but one of my close friend is the mistah or batch of Trollanes in PMA Batch Marilag Class 95 & now an army scout ranger battalion commander & he is a humble soldier with a lot of gold cross medals.

He told me that Trollanes has never experienced combat & was a pencil pusher in the NAVY office all thru out his career as a soldier meaning he always wants to be assigned in offices to avoid combat.

BTW he was never the brains or the original founder of the Magdalo Group , it was Capt Gerry Gambala who is the real brains & leader of the Magdalo Group & the majority of the Magdalo Group now are working as Intel Officers in BOC recruited by Com Faeldon who was also a member of the group before, that is why there are 2 factions now in the Magdalo.

Trollanes is dissapointed also because majority of the group are now with the PRRD admin only a few left on his group that includes the party list congressman named Gary Alejano who keeps on defending Delima too, my close friend told me that they even have a joke on Sunny Trollanes.

They call him " Boy Hotel " because he keeps on hiding in hotels when plotting a coup, he only joined the Oakwood Mutiny 2 weeks before the coup & he volunteered as spokesman kaya sumikat ang gago ika nga he was a late comer to the group.

We ilonggos & his mistahs describe him as " TALAWAN " or COWARD kasi ayaw pumunta sa gyera sa bundok gusto mag schooling lang at mag opisina sa HQ.

He is a paid political mercenary but has no balls in actual combat & confrontations ika nga puro daldal lang at porma na parang asong ulol ....he was never a combat officer & a be medaled soldier itanong nyo sa mga mistah nya kung anong klaseng tao sya alam nila halos lahat na " Talawan " sya ....at tunay na Sundalong Kanin!

Edcel Lagman — Impeachment Rap vs Duterte 'Sufficient in Form, Substance'
Albay Rep. Edcel Lagman on,Wednesday insisted that the impeachment complaint filed against President Rodrigo Duterte at the House of,Representatives is sufficient in form and substance.

Lagman, a member of the Liberal Party (LP), made, this assertion after Deputy Speaker Miro Quimbo said in a news briefing that LP members at the lower, chamber would not back the complaint against the president.

“There has been no meeting called by the Liberal,Party leadership among its members in the House and in the Senate on the Duterte, impeachment complaint,” Lagman said in a statement.

“In particular, the LP contingent in the authentic, minority has not been consulted either individually or collectively on Quimbo's statement, that the LPs in the House are not supporting the impeachment complaint against Duterte.”

For an impeachment complaint to prosper,at the House of Representatives, the lower chamber must determine it to be sufficient in form and substance. The votes of at least one-third,of the members of the House are also needed.

The impeachment complaint, filed by,Magdalo party-list Rep. Gary Alejano, accuses Duterte of culpable violation of the Constitution, betrayal of public trust, graft and, corruption, bribery and other high crimes.

Duterte's allies and political analysts say the, complaint has a slim chance of hurdling the lower chamber, but Alejano and fellow Magdalo, member Senator Antonio Trillanes IV are not losing hope.
Alejano's complaint centered on the, thousands of deaths linked to the government’s war on drugs and Duterte’s alleged role in the Davao Death Squad.

The Magdalo group is also mulling a,supplemental complaint against Duterte over his much-criticized response on the alleged,Chinese encroachment on Benham Rise and reports that Beijing is also planning to build,a radar station in Scarborough Shoal.

China has since denied it is building an,environmental monitoring station on Scarborough Shoal.

The post went viral, and already garnered 15 thousand likes, 5 thousand shares and almost 60 comments.

(Because of President Duterte, Filipinos are feeling a true change, and through him, the Philippines will rise again. Is that the kind of President that they would like to impeach?)

Many supporters of Duterte applauded the viral post.

Netizen Jake Miranda claimed that a “mystery truck” with a number PXQ-351 came to Surigao to distribute safe drinking water to earthquake-sticken communities in Surigao.

He claimed Vice President Leni Robredo gave the 420 cases of six liter bottled water to the distribution center.

“No other labels. No fanfare and color. Swift, simple and quiet. On behalft of a grateful city, we give where credit is due, so I just have to say thank you VP Leni Robredo and to all of you who are helping Surigao in deed and in prayer. Salamat sa inyo.”  Jake Miranda wrote in his post.

Meanwhile, the photo that posted by Mr. Miranda was also shared by Office of the Vice President, but now with a different caption and thanking the different foundation.

“Ano ba talaga? Baka OVP "coordinated" with Coca-Cola ang nangyari? :P”

Bloggers noticed that the truck that Jake Miranda Post is the same truck that Coca-Cola FEMSA Philippines used.

The new exposé was first posted by Thinking Pinoy on his Facebook page.

A worker from the said foundation also sent a message to Sass Rogando Sassot and gave a statement on the claims of the supporters of the Vice President.

“Hi Ms. Sass. Just dont reveal my identity. I work with Coca-cola FEMSA Philippines. We have our own foundation, thus direction by someone is no longer necessary. Just what like happened during Yolanda, it is part of social responsibility to extend help to our fellow Filipinos in times of need.
Ever since I worked with Coca-cola, not even once I heard that the company sent a donation thru a politician. This is also against our COBE [Code of Business Ethics].”
The original post of Coca-Cola Femsa, the foundation didn’t credited the office of the Vice President, but credited the Philippine Army and DSWD.

Former politician and ex-Liberal Party member Atty. Glenn Chong revealed that the 'Plan B' of the 'yellow group' is in place after MAGDALO member Gary Alejano filed an impeachment case against President Duterte.

The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) will be incorporating bike and pedestrian lanes in the construction of the 10.7-kilometer Laguna Lake Highway which led by Public Works Secretary Mark A. Villar.

The two new lanes or the first phase of the project amounting P1.2 billion and it is the first highway in the country that will have bike lanes.

“This is the first highway in the Philippines to have bike lanes, 3 meters. We are planning to replicate it nationwide. The Duterte administration is fully committed in ensuring mobility of vehicles and individuals,” he said.

Villar added, “I think it is important that we make an infrastructure hindi lang para sa kotse, para din sa pedestrian. This is good example. Our first project that would incorporate also the infra for pedestrian traffic.”

“With this highway, the traffic from Edsa and C-5 will be greatly reduced,” Villar said.

According to DPWH-National Capital Region (NCR) Director Melvin Navarro, the bike lane are being planned, as for the Laguna Lake Highway it could be considered as an attraction since it is near a lake.

“Building bike lanes is part of the consideration in all our new structures, mga bridges, we are doing a highway in Bacolod that would incorporate bike lanes,” he said. “For two reasons, for pedestrian. For our environment. To give people option na pwede mag bike, especially in this area katabi ng lake. So pwede maging attraction ’yung highway,” Navarro added.

“Most major cities they are open to that movement. That is also being encouraged, that is also improving the quality of life,” Navarro said.

“We would coordinate with the MMDA, we are idetifiying areas na maganda para sa bike lane,” Navarro said.

This big project would reduce travel time from Taytay in Rizal to Bicutan in Taguig by about 50 percent.

Atty. Bruce Rivera asked for help to all pro-Duterte supporters to gather tomorrow, March 20, 10am at #100, 11th St. New Manila, Quezon City.

In another post, Pro-Duterte supporter, Rocky Gonzales shared the same sentiment of Atty. Rivera and encouraged the Duterte-Diehard-Supporters (DDS) to "exercise sobriety and restraint when they show any negativity or hostility."

"Concerned DDS who have been peacefully protesting in front of the OVP will be faced with conflict tomorrow. The Yellow diehards have scheduled a rally to confront them in front of the Boracay Mansion in New Manila.

"I ask that we, the majority and the staunch supporters of democracy, exercise sobriety and restraint when they show any negativity or hostility. Prove to them that our goal is to build a better and unified nation.

Be well and be prepared."

Former politician and ex-Liberal Party member Atty. Glenn Chong reacted to statements of 'yellow' members Kiko Pangilinan, Leni Robredo and MAGDALO member Gary Alejano about impeachment case against President Duterte.

MGA KOMENTO SA MGA PAHAYAG NILA PANGILINAN, ROBREDO AT ALEJANO
by Atty. Glenn Chong

SEN.

1. Ang pakikialam ng mga hiprokitong politiko ng European Union na palayain si De Lima at mga pagpuna ng mga diumano ay human rights violations;

2. Ang side session ng UN Commission on Narcotic Drugs na target ang Pilipinas at inisponsor ng mga kaalyado ng Liberal Party;

ALEJANO: "Categorically, sinasabi ko walang kinalaman ang Vice President, Liberal Party, or any other political parties or personalities dito sa aming finile."

House Speaker Pantaleon Alvarez said they are looking to impeach Leni Robredo for sending a video Message to the UN meeting on narcotic drugs in Vienna under the seal of the Vice-President based on erroneous facts and figures.
Robredo asked what is the basis for her impeachment.

I submit it is betrayal of public trust. This is one of the six impeachable offenses in the Constitution.

The Supreme Court has defined it as "Acts that should constitute betrayal of public trust as to warrant removal from office may be less than criminal but must be attended by bad faith and of such gravity and seriousness as the other grounds of impeachment."

Was there bad faith? I submit there was on the part of Robredo when she based her Message to the UN on erroneous facts and figures intended to mislead and discredit the Duterte government. It was her duty to check them out before making her Message. That she did not do so constitutes deliberate omission and criminal negligence given she was making an international address in her capacity as vice-president. She was not making it as a private citizen but as a member of the government even if she is no longer in the Cabinet. She now claims, if quoted correctly, that she had based her Message on stories fed to her. Why she did not check them out as to their veracity before making the video she sent to the UN has not been satisfactorily answered. Her response so far tantamounts to an admission of negligence.
Robredo should know that public office is a public trust. This means all public officers must be accountable at all times to the people and serve them with utmost responsibility, integrity, loyalty and efficiency and must act with patriotism.

Based on this definition, did Robredo act responsibly? No, she was negligent in her duty to verify the facts and figures in her Message to the UN.
Did she act with integrity and loyalty to the people? Clearly she did not. By blackening abroad the image of the country with false propaganda, she did a grave disservice to the country and its people.

Did she act with patriotism? Destroying her country cannot be defined as an act of patriotism.

I would go further. I believed she also committed treason. By virtue of her position in government, it is high treason.

Treason is the betrayal of one's country. Acts of betrayal include sowing doubt, which is the ultimate treason against faith, with the aim of discrediting the government that was duly elected by the people.

On both counts, I submit Leni Robredo is also guilty of violating her oath of office to preserve and protect the Constitution.
